Teams and collaboration

Invite team members to collaborate on your pages

Use Teams to collaborate with others on your LinkSnap pages.

Getting started

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Team, or visit the Team page directly.
  2. Create a team and invite members by email.
  3. Invited members receive a link to accept and join your team.

Team size limits

  • Free: up to 2 members
  • Pro / Unlimited: up to 5 members

Membership limits

  • Each user can be a member of up to 2 teams.

Roles

  • Owner: Full control — manages team, members, and pages.
  • Admin: Can invite/remove members.
  • Editor: Can edit team pages.
  • Viewer: Can view team pages only.

Team pages

  • Team pages are separate from personal pages.
  • Only the team owner can add or remove pages to/from the team.
  • Members with editor role or higher can edit team pages.
  • Pro features on team pages depend on the team owner's subscription tier.

Tips

  • Use teams for small business collaborators or multi-person brand accounts.
  • Keep roles minimal — assign editor only to people who need to make changes.
