By accessing or using LinkSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

LinkSnap is a URL screenshot and social card generation service. We provide tools to capture website screenshots, generate AI-enhanced social media cards, and create shareable links with customizable themes and contact information.

3. User Accounts

To use LinkSnap, you must:

• Create an account using Google Sign-In
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkSnap to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Capture screenshots of illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Spread malware, spam, or engage in phishing
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Subscription and Payments

For Pro subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the settings page
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Content Ownership

Regarding content:

• You retain ownership of content you submit or publish (such as text, FAQs, links, and contact details)
• Screenshots are generated from publicly accessible websites
• We retain a license to store and display generated cards for service operation
• AI-generated content (titles, descriptions, FAQs) is provided for your use
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to screenshot target websites

7. User Content Responsibility

LinkSnap is a technical platform for creating and sharing pages. We are not the owner, publisher, or author of user-submitted page content. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights clearance of content you publish through LinkSnap, including any claims arising from that content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

LinkSnap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkSnap and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
